Here’s a few questions we get asked frequently…

  • Once you know which package and character you want please go to the booking form and fill in all the details required.

    You will then receive a response from us confirming availability and shortly after, your invoice will follow. Full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • We require full payment via bank transfer within 7 days of receipt of your invoice from us. This can be found in emails.


    You will have 24 hours to cancel for change of mind but after this, the full balance will be due as we are holding your date/time and turning down other bookings.

  • We mainly service Perth, WA but are happy to discuss regional and national performances including a travel fee.

  • We are happy to advise you on a suitable package and usually say:

    1 hour is perfect for 2-3 year olds

    1.5 hours is perfect for 3-5 year olds

    2 hours is perfect for 5+ year olds

  • Any booking amendments or changes must be made via email only. This change is only effective once you have received confirmation from us.

  • All of our packages are determined by the number of children you have attending. Therefore, you MUST inform us of any increase so that we can amend your package as required. i.e 5 more children will mean 30 minutes more for face painting.

  • You are more than welcome to note the specific entertainer that you would like but, as you can imagine, we can never guarantee them due to illness that may happen or rostering requirements.

    All of our entertainers are trained to an exceptional standard and come from a performing background that ensures a quality performance every time.

  • We always advise booking their arrival for 30 minutes into the party, this allows all of the guests time to arrive and get settled in before the entertainment begins.
